Why we publish these

Every number comes from the same published price list, so the estimate here is the estimate you would hear on the phone. What a calculator cannot do is load-test a pack or roll a cart up the grade it actually lives on, and every year we find carts quoted for batteries whose real fault was a charger, a corroded cable, or brakes that were never adjusted for the hill. That is what the on-site diagnostic is for, and the service call is applied toward the repair.
